Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Terms Immediate Payment Required: I require payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until I receive full payment. Non-Refundable Payment: Once you book an appointment and I process your payment, the funds become non-refundable—even if you later miss the appointment. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at any time. When you reschedule, I will apply your previously paid amount toward the new appointment; however, I do not issue refunds, and the original payment remains non-refundable. 2. Cancellation Policy No Refunds for Missed Appointments: If you cancel after the scheduled appointment time or do not show up (a “no-show”), you will not receive a refund. Rescheduling Option: If you need to cancel before your appointment time, you may reschedule using the funds from your original booking. The rescheduled appointment must be confirmed with immediate payment (using your existing booking credit) and is subject to my availability. Notification: I recommend that you notify me as early as possible if you wish to reschedule. Please note that even if you cancel or miss your appointment, the amount paid is non-refundable. 3. Waitlist Policy Waitlist Enrollment: In the event that an appointment slot becomes available due to a cancellation, you may be placed on my waitlist. Notification of Availability: If a slot opens up, I will notify you immediately and offer you the option to book the new appointment. Payment will be required right away to secure the waitlisted appointment. Non-Refundable Funds: All funds paid for waitlisted bookings are non-refundable, consistent with my overall booking terms. If you confirm a waitlisted appointment and later reschedule, the original payment will be applied to the rescheduled booking without any refund. 4. General Conditions By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. I reserve the right to change this policy at my discretion. I will provide notice of any material changes on my website.
